What we collect and why

We don’t collect your name, address or payment details on this page. We don’t take payments yet.
Who processes the data for us
- HostHatch: hosts our server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which stores sign-ups and page statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity: records how visitors use the page (scrolling, clicks), without the content of input fields. Loaded only after you accept analytics, if you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.
- Google Analytics: visit statistics.
- Pixels of the platforms where we post videos: they learn that someone came from a link and pressed a button. Your contact is never sent to them.
Some analytics providers are in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact until launch and for 6 months after, or until you withdraw consent. Anonymous statistics are kept for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time with one email to hello@melodearly.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
The page stores a random ID, ad tags and your price region in your browser for 30 days so we don’t count you twice and the price doesn’t change between visits. Two cookies (md_cc with your country by IP, and md_lang if you switch the language) help us pick the language and currency. You can delete all of them in your browser settings; the page keeps working.
